Guests of the Indian Pacific can choose to travel in the following levels of Service; Platinum Service - a luxurious and spacious cabin including all meals; Gold Service - a private sleeper cabin with an upper and lower berth, also including all meals; or Red Service, the most economical way to travel - choose between a compact sleeper cabin or Day/Nighter Seat.
The transcontinental Indian Pacific journey takes guests from the Pacific Ocean and the heart of Sydney to Perth on coast of the Indian Ocean in the West. From the stunning Blue Mountains, complete with lush tree canopies and spectacular valley views, through the Great Dividing Range and onto the salt lakes and sand dunes of South Australia, before traveling the longest stretch of Rail track in the world, as the Indian Pacific crosses the unique Nullarbor Plain. Guests of the Indian Pacific can choose to travel in either Gold Service or Red Service.
