The Brompton was created with a strong concept in mind. It may be all too rare, but there is always something very, very special about a hotel that’s a truly traditional and absolutely genuine “local”. This is what we set out to create.
To begin with, and most importantly, we want to give our patrons a type of hotel they’ll always be happy to just drop into whenever the mood takes them. A restaurant and bar that will always be friendly, relaxed and comfortable.
One that is full of intriguing background character and history as well as being one which offers the perfect match of inviting bar, dining and gaming facilities.
Our Brasserie, Function Area and stylish Courtyard was Created by award winning landmark developers who so wonderfully recreated North Adelaide’s Archer Hotel, this part of the Hotel can only be described as architecturally stunning and visually elegant.
